The Leasing Director Position will coordinate the leasing of our Tucson Arizona branch. This position is a desk job with the occasional trip to a property. There is paid vacation time and sick leave time that will be made available. Must have computer skills typing 30+ words a minute, word, excel and basic internet skills. General training will be provided. You must have a Real Estate License prior to applying to this position. The Leasing Director job description is as follows.

Pay: $12.00 – $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Full time 8 hour shift, Mon – Fri

Experience: Property Management: 1 year (Preferred)

GoldSmith Real Estate

Hiring a Property Manager
Will work closely with our Associate Broker/Property Manager for training. Mostly office work, but some duties will require trips to commercial and residential properties. Paid holidays, vacation and sick leave. You must have a valid Arizona Real Estate License for this position.

Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Full Time 9am to 5pm Monday – Friday; or Part Time 10am to 2pm Monday – Friday

Experience: Computer literate and experience with Excel and Word required. Although no property management experience is needed, basic accounting background is helpful.
